Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

 

Author Guidelines

Submissions to the editor who will provide a template in Word which MUST be used for all submissions.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.

  2. The author is responsible for the layout. To be accepted, the submitted file MUST use the required HIPHIL Novum template in Word format: download it HERE. If the paper is submitted in another format, the author(s) are liable to provide the right format after successful peer review or an article or after acceptance as a paper or a report.

  3. All hyperlinks must appear in notes and in black, following the template.
  4. The text is the sole responsibility of the author. Language editing is not offered by the editorial board.

  5. The submission is accompanied by an abstract which can never exceed the lenght of 250 words.

  6. Make sure that figures and illustrations have a high digital quality and that they are useful in the layout.
  7. Send submisison to the editor by email: nwn [ at] dbi . edu. The submitted template file - or another document type - must be accompanied with an exact PDF-copy.
